I do not know which website this came from but I had researched information online, it sounds like their is not true contact info thru www.customersupportwesite is fraud and a 8182559973, is nothing but a recording and obstruction from trying to resolve this issue, so do not even try the website or phone number. Start with the 48 bank report and fraud act, freeze your accounts because the bank thinks they can have luck contacting this site, and this site states that you allowed permission and you initiated the act, so do not waste your anger or time there either. So far I have read alot of complaints and comments but it never states the outcome of how or if you can get your refund of $99.49. Everybody just seems to complain about the unauthorized withdrawl and exclaim their frustration but no other contact info is given or an outcome to assist others from this scam. I am still in the middle process. I went to my bank and my bank straight up was unwilling to help and I wanted to initiate closing my account until they figure out what the hell, but they think they can contact this company and really is just wasting time. After filing compliant report with bank, I freeze my account, then file a complaint with some FBI site some complaint mentions, but that didn't seem trustworthy either. Contacted local law enforcement and they think you are a scammer just as well and could care less but at least the call was made and documentation, I am now in the process of filing a complaint report with the FTC and will contact any consumer fraud agent after that and basically just wait for everybody else to get their ducks in a row and continue self investigating of this website, company, and affiliates until the proper officials tell me what I may already know, then will consider using my own money to file suit, there is support out there for websites who trick you so you do actually accept or enroll to these scammers but it is the honest to god truth that most of the people are unwillingly, muniplulated and i guess just keep pursuing an answer basically for the refund if you will ever, ever see it . Please any other complaints, please, please list your outcome so you can save all of us time, as to time is against us, it starts from 48hrs-5days-to30 days I think is the last understood action frame you can take upon the withdrawal.
