SHIPPING WAS DONE FROM ISRAEL TO SISK FULFILMENT IN FEDERALSBURG, MD 21632 USA THIS DAY 05/06/2013 AND WAS FORWARDED TO : DLH GLOBALMAIL IN MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO L5T 2N1 CANADA AND FINALLY DELIVER TO ME. SEEMS TO ME THAT TRAIL PRODUCT WHICH I ORDERED APRIL 27/2013 NEVER WAS SENT OUT.TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN USA: 1-800-986-5613 BUT NO ONE ANSWER CALLS. THIS IS NOT FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND I WILL MAKE FORMAL COMPLAIN TO FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION) IN USA IF NECESSARY.
