When the windows were installed, they came with a Life-Time Warranty. recently the seal was broken in one window. We called and were informed of their name change and they informed us they would send an appraiser to give us an estimate. Which was done. Now we call their number and get no answer and they have never come to fix the window. Have you any information on this company?

Unfortunately, in some cases in which a manufacturer goes out of business, we are unable to obtain service parts under the manufacturer’s warranty. In these cases, we assist our customers in getting compatible parts and provide free labor for their installation, however the customer is responsible for the cost of the materials needed.
