I had siding put on my house by A-Tugo about 10 years ago and the paper said I have a life time warranty. I took my paper work by A-Tugo and ask them to replace two strip of siding in the back of my house where the dryer vent has melted the siding. I have not did any thing to the dryer. So Tugco did not put the siding on the housse correct for this to happen. I did not care if the color was off I just wanted the two strips replaced. A-Tugo said they did not have any siding and if I wanted the siding replaced I had to buy a whole box of siding and it would be $500.00.
