I purchased tickets at cheaper-flightdeals.org. Credit Card payments and PayPal are 'available', but if you choose them, you will be sent an email instructing you to make a direct bank transfer. The booking is never made, the tickets are never sent, and the perpetrators withdraw the payment almost immediately, so that it is not possible to cancel the remittance. The email they send begins in the following way:
"Dear Valued Customer,
We have received your order and understand that you've selected PayPal as your preferred payment method with your purchase. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not process PayPal orders due to technical problems. Instead, we would like to ask you to pay by sending us a bank transfer, please find the payment instructions below."
