I ordered 3 dresses from this site which I need them for a wedding next Saturday I purchased them thinking they be here before this week I keep emailing them to figure out my order status and they don't help with anything I'm worried that I. Not going to receive them on time which means I have to buy another dress elsewhere and spend more money not happy at all . And after reviewing all the complaints I'm more (Inappropriate Content Removed)off that people can scam others for money and that I might not receive my dresses

- I am really sorry for disappointment by Tbdress. I think they have made great improvement now. as I have been seeing great reviews, I think now if they improve on few areas remaining like lengthening time in their refund policy and also find ways of making delivery fast then it will be nice. I watch a video about TB dress and i was really impressed.I Think it can serve us better.i am planning to buy proms there and this will be second time. I liked the first set, size and quality was very OK.

- We are almost fitting on the same shoes. I made an Order on February for My summer Wedding. I thought it would be late and therefore decided to conduct them. It is good they have responded to you in a comment just here. Their customer service is good. What I did I goggled out the China time zone just to be sure I was calling them during the daytime, not to forget actually it was GMT+8. I succeeded and explained to them my problem and my wedding date. They are human so they understood and made a fast ship. My wedding was a success. Good luck my friend
