In February, I was surfing the internet using google to find a Samsung Pro 11.3 with a reasonably low price. I bought a Samsung Pro 11.3 from Digital Outlet Corp for $999.99 + $35 as advertised with guarranteed shipment worldwide. I initial tried to purchase with credit card. DCO sent me a invoice followed by an email to have the funds wired thru Western Union as they were having problems collecting from my Bank. So, I remitted the payment and the fee to have it sent, and to date I have not received the product that I have paid for. Now they tell that I need to pay $500 duty tax to have it sent. The price has come down to $200. I have been defrauded by Digital Outlet corporation. They refuse to send my the Samsung Pro 11.3 that I have paid for, and DCO has holding me and the producted that their websited guarranteed to have delivered with 7 business days! Can someone help, this is not right of DCO to this its customers!
