As other complainants I came across this website through a (probably fake)notifiacation on Facebook ostensibly from a friend. I went onto the site, saw some free bids available and clicked on an auction and won a £34 Amazon voucher. From here I clicked the required boxes to try and redeem the voucher and inadvertently signed up for membership. They took £35 for membership from the card I used to pay the auction - £1.95 and then emailed that I would have to send passport or driving licence I.D to claim the prize along with a credit card autourisation, even though I had now paid for the voucher. Needless to say I didn't sent the documents, didn't get my prize and wasn't compensated by my credit card company. I lost my money but hopefully have managed to cancel my membership - beware of this site.
