I was told that I was approved for a $5000 open through this company. They sent me the contract to sign and send back. They asked me to western union the money and I'll have it in my acct. by noon on Saturday and its not there. All I want is my money back.

  • How do we get it back? Everything I try to call the loan rep he says the money will be there by 12 or 1pm and it don't. Please let me know something asap.

  • I dont know I been doing some research if their in the us we can get them but if not then there nothing we can do im going to contact the fbi and see what they saydoes ur representative pick up every time you call him?

  • So a guy just called me from there and said that they needed more money or that I could cancel my app I told him to.cancel my app and reinburse me my money he said it should be in my account on the first im going to give them hell if its not

  • Yes, my rep answers sometimes. I spoke with him this morning and he saod with it being a holiday on yesterday and the system issues Saturday everybodys money should be in their accounts by 2pm today. I told him I wanted a refund and he sent my information over to his manager. His manager called me and said the reason I haven't received my money is because I have to put up another five months worth of payments before they can give it to me. I told him I just want my refund and he said he will speak with the company and have it sent to me by Friday. If they don't I will be contacting my boyfriends mom because she works for the FBI and have her to call them.

  • No I never received my money and every time I try to call the phone line is busy. I went to this federal website to file a complaint and case against them and hopefully they'll be investigating this issue.

  • Ok let me get the website so that I can file a complaint too cause im getting tired of these people and I sent then a big messege on tjeir website and told them that im taking this to court if I dont get my money I have had enough of this
