I SENT DOCUMENTATION OF PROOF OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY VERIZON BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF $319.68 OVER 3 WEEKS AGO. REP ANTOINETE FROM THEIR COMPANY SAID TO FAX IN THE PROOF AND THEY WILL REFUND. I DID SO AND WAITED OVER 3 WEEKS - NO REFUND. NOW TODAY THEY SAY WILL NOT PAY THE AMOUNT I PROVED THEY OWED. THEY SAID THEY ONLY PAY A PORTION OF FEES OVER 30 DAYS OLD EVEN THOUGH 3 WEEKS AGO THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO A COMPLETE REFUND. I HAVE A CASE NUMBER. I ALSO NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS "SERVICE"
