I inquired about a payday loan and was immediately called and recieved hundreds of e-mails from lenders. I did decide to go with a loan from a company called spot-on-loans however before they could wire the money to my account I had changed my mind. It took me 3 hours to find out who the lender really was and when I did they told me it would be no problem they would close my account. I then started getting funds deducted from my account called " application fees" and when I started researching all of the companies it turns out that they were all the same company working under several different names but the bottom line is if a company is from an indian reservation it is probably this company using many different names. A couple of weeks later I was called and told I was being suied by this company for failure to repay a loan. The man claimed to be a lawyer and tried to scare me into giving him my bank info to "repay " the loan before the federal charges were filed. I told him I would send him my bank statements for proof that I never recieved the loan but that I had closed that account. He then told me that he would talk to his "client" and straighten out the matter and there wouyld be no need for me to contact him again as he would not give me the name of the "Law firm: he was representing....CRAZY
