On 26 Jan 2013, I searched the net for flights between Porto and London for 27 June 2013 and received confirmation Flight 23V997 Air Berlin for 4 passengers and was charged SGD 903.42 for teh tickets. Toady I went to Air Berlin site to see if I for check-in details and could not find any confirmed bookings. Please advice what I should do and I will make the police reports if I do not receive the confirmed code for my booking from Air Berlin by close of business day tomorrow.
