I responded to an offer of a free trial of Collagenta and Dead Sea kit on Facebook for cost off £4.95 shipping. Nowhere did it say that I had to send it back within 14 days. It came in plain packaging with no return address . Two weeks later I discovered that my bank account had gone overdrawn, (for which I was charged a fee). I emailed the company and got a reply more or less saying I should have read the small print. I never saw any.I cancelled my card. Good job I did. Two weeks later they tried to charge me for a replenishment kit which I had never signed up for.
