I was offered a free sample of Collagenta serum but had to pay £2.95 for p&p. I later saw a payment of £99.82 also debited from my credit card. I was not aware of any returns policy - how can you return a product that you have used up?
This is the first and only time I have taken up a 'free sample' offer. I am very angry at the way in which this company has tricked me into parting with such a large amount of money, which, as a pensioner, I am not in a position to lose.
