This people have taken money without permission. That's very bad. I was so desperate for a loan that foolishly I felt in the hand of this bad people.

You have have to log in and send an email, then they will send you this link;

Yes, they do it on purpose to make it hard for you to cancel, plus they take a few days to reply with the link. Not only that, you have to send ALL the bits of paper and envelopes back as well in order to qualify for the cancellation. They are VERY underhand and out to con people.
My advice is if you got the letters from them offering you a loan, send it back to them by recorded delivery. -
