A man named Dexter Cruz call my husband from 916-245-0720 and told him he was calling from the states attorneys office and he was collecting a debt on a loan. He told my husband if he did not pay the money right then that the police would be sent to his work to arrest him. I told him it sounded like a scam he did not listen. How can we get the money back? Who do we contact?
