Same as the previous complaint, I keep getting billed for 2 copays, one for the facility and another for the provider. This shouldn't be happening. Each visit should only be one copay. They need to stop this and send the entire professional services charge to the insurance! My insurance is aware of this but they keep doing it so they can get more money for the professional services outside of what they get from the insurance!
