I just want to say that I too was "sucked in" on Saturday 6th June 2013 after seeing the pop up ad. I ordered two products; the serum and the cream. I was looking forward to the products arriving. I then decided to go online again to see what the full price of them would be should I decide to buy full size products in the future; as I assumed the trial products would be minatures. It was then that I noticed the "terms of purchease" (unauthorised commitment morelike)for the trial products. What a scam!! How can they legally be allowed to do that? I called my credit card company first thing today (Monday 10th June) to cancel my order but they said that credit card purchases get processed straight away, and confirmed that my account had already been debited with £3.98 to LiftSerumPro. They advised that I should contact the company, stop my order and cancel the "subscription". I did call the company (0808 189 0374) and got through almost straight away (8.15am). I was told that my order and subscription would be cancelled. I then received an e-mail saying that one of the products had been cancelled. I called them again in the afternoon to ask that BOTH orders (and subscriptions) be cancelled. I was told that both products HAD been cancelled. I asked for confirmation of this be sent to me by e-mail but instead received an ORDER confirmation. After reading about someone else receiving cancellation notification and STILL having money taken from their account, I have decided that just to be on the safe side, I am going to call my credit card company again tomorrow and ask them to close my existing account and open another because of this. ordinarily I don't like complaining about things, but this type of thing needs to be stopped. It really isn't right. I can't help wondering how many more people have been "ripped off" that we don't know about. This company must be laughing all the way to the bank. I don't know how they live with themselves. Still, what goes around comes around. They can't get away with this type of thing without it having repercussions at some point.
