I heard about this company on the radio in December 2010 but i was ify about it until i heard it again in January 2011. i called and this male picked up the phone and ask if I had at least $10,000 or more in debt. i said i think so and he ask me about all the credit cards i owe approximate and he calculated right there and then he said definitely he could help me cut down my debt in half. It came down to be around $6500-$7000 that i would be paying rather than $12,000. i took the risk and they have set me up in 3 years contract and i paid every month $203. first month i had to pay a bit more for all the fees and services. oh they mention if you miss one pay period you will be dismissed from the program. i was very precautions and have set up an automatic transfer fund to them thru my checking. Marilyn contacted me every week to keep me updated and after a few months i asked her how much do i still owe and i would love to pay it in full. they send me an email and a contract that i had to complete it in 5 business days which i never did. (luckily) months gone by i still received debt collectors and that i was serve. someone came to my parents house and deliver served paper to me but i wasnt there to receive them and that male wouldnt release the documents to anyone except me. i was shocked when i heard about that when my sister contacted me. i was very angry so i contact marilyn the next day and i asked her "Why am i still receiving phone calls from debt collectors, mails and ive been served?" "how could u let this happen??" marilyn responded "do you have the documents and can you fax it or email it to me?" i said no. she said she have stopped all the callers from contacting my personal cell phone and my parents house. i still received them.... months gone....havent heard from them... 2013 April last time they've taken my $203........ no calls, no updates.... i was concern so i contacted them.... straight to voice message... called every day for a month.... went online google them and there you go SCAM!!! im a student and barley even able to pay for school and feed myself just to get this debt out of my life.... all that hard working money have been gone for goods...
