J'ai demande un trvail en mai 2012 et je l'ai paye. Ce 07/06/2013 je reçois un avis qu'on a preleve 15 euros sur ma carte bancaire pour un travail semblable alors que je n'ai rien demande! apres avoir essaye de contacter via l'adresse mail, renseignee sur l'avis de prelevement, jem'aperçois qu'elle n'est pas valide!! Quand vont ils cesses de prelever ainsi des sommes pour des travaux non demandes?
et comment faire arreter ça!
