I ordered the product from a radio ad. I was told I would receive a trial and only to pay the shipping.
I placed the order, and within two weeks I was charged again, now I am out $70.00 for a product that is useless.
I did not authorize this charge, and I was only purchasing a trial. Trial products do not get to be billed the full amount.
They will not refund me even though it states money back guarantee.
The sales agent said that the owner Joseph Wanamaker had made it policy not to reverse charges or refund.
I did some research on the company and its owner finding these are typical business practices.
He is also the owner of a company called Hero Health and Entramax.
I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in my state and going contact the radio stations that advertise for this company.
