I had the same problem that everyone else has described. This company is a total scam! It has a BBB rating of "F", with 150+ complaints in the past 3 years.

The item I ordered was approximately $35, but I was charged approximately $150 for "shipping and handling". This charge was Not explained to me at the time of my order. I only saw it when I got my credit card statement and saw a total charge of $185! They also signed me up (without my permission) for something called "Jupiter Trim Trainer", for which they bill you $9.99/month.
I returned the item within 30 days and was due a Full refund according to the company's refund policy. I have a USPS tracking number for the shipment, and it shows the item was returned. But the company says they never received it and refuses to refund my money! They also refuse to refund my money for the Jupiter Trim Trainer thing. Plus, they've continued to bill me even though I've cancelled it!

I just filed a dispute with my credit card company for the entire charge of $185 plus the 9.99. I also reported it as a Fraudulent charge because I didn't authorize the $150 for shipping nor the $9.99 monthly charge. I had my credit card company to make a note that I canceled the 9.99/month thing, in case any more charges show up for that & I have to dispute anything else. If the monthly charge doesn't stop, they said I can change my credit card number and this would block further charges from them. What a pain!

I'm also going to report them to the FCC for Email fraud AND Mail fraud.
