I ordered UGG boots from the website today only to find out that they are selling fake Items and not the genuine UGG's. I have asked them to cancel my payment and refund the amount back to my account, in which they are reluctant to do.
I've sent them three emails now and every one of them is saying have a think about your decision.
I've had to call up my bank to get new card details due to the scam artists appearing to operate in China. They will not give me my money back. Hundreds of other people have suffered the same from this site, either the items do not come to them atall, they receive fake goods, or are refused returns.
