Got a call from a Richard Harris (with a very thick Russian accent) saying his client, USCash, was sueing me for fraud and stealing from a payday loan that I never took out. They said the loan was $666.34 and that I was going to be arrested and held for 30 days and that I would end up owing $11k. They wouldn't tell me anymore information than that and kept saying my home address, they knew my bank that I held an account with and they had my work number, all saying that the cops were on their way to arrest me. I asked why I never got any notification and they said they tried to take the money out of my account and it was rejected, said I was notified lots of times via email. Rediculous!!!
My husband tried calling the number from his phone and it wouldn't go through but when called from my phone, they answered and just said "Law Firm". The number they called from was 615-345-6346.
Then they said to call them back in 10 minutes so he could talk to his "client" and his "attorney" to work something out. I didn't call back.
