To make a VERY LONG story short;
On May 3, 2013 I was contacted first by David Stephens of SpotlightMarketing Solutions about a GODaddy website Promotion which sounded rather attractive since I am not new to network marketing. I have since then been contacted by LOREN MICHAELS as my " Marketing Coach" who after two weeks of badgering finally convinced me to purchase a 3-month marketing campaign which as of today has yet to begin. Ever since they got my money they have
1. not kept appointments
2. not done work as promised
3. Website does not work as it should (tried to order a domain on 2 separate computers on different networks and it will not work)
4. Informed me that $100 GOOGLE ADWORDS credit was not part of my package when I have an email saying I was entitled to it.
A full week after the MISSED appointment I was supposed to have with Annette, I expressed my anger and disappointement with their customer service and asked then for a refund. She was very apologetic and asked to give the company a second chance. Since that conversation a few days later, Earl gave me a call to 'work' on the website and he was the least knowledgeable of the product and I spent much of my time on hold. At this point I had enough and after seeing nothing done since my convo with Annette, I asked for a refund and made good on my threat to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Annette, by the way turned into threatening pitbull when I mentioned that I went to my credit card company. She threatened to have the charges re-billed when she shows them all that has been done so far. Anything she shows other than a website that doesn't work right would be a complete fabrication. I am not waiting for a 3-month campaign to begin to be even further disappointed. I wish I had looked up the reviews first as at the outset they looked like a reputable company.
