I had set up to receive a loan from this company. I sent 120.00 through western union, that was the only financial obligation besides the loan. After all was said and done I got this email. After I requested a refund he said he needed 40.00 to cancel the loan. FED UP.

There is a problem right now, a license receipt for your loan fund transaction is required by the western union agent here though i tried to explain to him how well this transfer needs to be made but he made me understand the need and important for this License Receipt though i had to confirm what it would cost to get this License Receipt and i was told it would cost you the sum amount of $290 and that once that is paid your loan fund transfer will be effected and you will be given your loan fund mtcn number to enable you pick up your funds okay.
I am sincerely sorry for this delay though you can be rest assured on this okay. i await your immediate response asap

I WAS AT WESTERN UNION TOO AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME SAID HE NEVER HAD HEARD OF SUCH A THING A LICENSE RECIEPT FOR 290.00.
I BASICALLY EMAILED ACER AND TOLD THEM TO FORGET HE EVER MET ME. BUT I WOULD LIKE MY 120.00 BACK. IT WAS ACTUALLY MY MOTHERS MONEY. SHE TRUSTED ME.

- RUNNNN!!!! Has all the markings of a scam I fell for. By the time I chased my initial investment of $300 (they kept adding more and more fees as we went along) I sent over 1200... and still do not have my "loan". Don't be as stupid as I was...
