TDVPassports Is Not Worth The Money.
I used TDVPASSPORTS and got ripped off! These guys are a fraud (including there founder Jeff Berwick) On their website that state that “We will have a concierge drive you to the government and medical offices to do the requisite applications.” It was nothing but a beat up taxi cab driver.
They also state “The total process usually does not take longer than a day.” It took 2 weeks. I paid over $1,500 just in hotel fees. Not including food and clothing. Yes I had enough clothing for 2 days but not expecting to be there for 2 weeks.
Then they state on their website “A few months later your residency card or passport (depending on what you applied for) will be ready.” It took 6 months.
I spent over $20,000 US for all these services.

This response is from Ken Johnson. No client has been shorted or scammed by TDV ever. We have a refund policy for all clients.
If "Sarah" actually is a real TDV client, she should please email us at one of the emails provided, or all of them, because "Sarah" definitely has not done so, or at least that we are aware of, since we have never had a client make a complaint in a manner anywhere resembling her complaint above. We, in fact, receive virtually no complaints, which makes "Sarah" seem to be a bit more of nothing more than a virtual passport troll.
Since we have a good idea about the agent who posts this sort of thing about TDV, for all who may read this, it is very important to be wary of companies that use low-priced bait-and-switch tactics to lure you in and also scare tactics (such as this) to slander competitors and steer you to take their bait. What these types of attorneys and agents don't tell you when marketing lies and low prices is that you will need to spend many thousands of dollars more with them (and do most of the work on your own) than you do with TDV due to lengthy and additional required trips to the country ($1000s for airline tix, $1000s for hotels, food, rental car, etc) in which you are seeking citizenship, in say, Paraguay, for example, plus get ready to dig deep for government fees that the "low cost" provider isn't about to pay for you, along with numerous other charges not disclosed.

Feel free to email or call us anytime "Sarah". We'd be happy to talk with you about your issues, but of course, you will need to prove to us first that you are actually a client. We won't be holding our breath waiting for your call. -

We are still waiting for proof, Sarah! You have not provided any evidence to back up your ridiculous claim, just as we expected...and we've been waiting for over one month!
You have our phone numbers and email addresses (all are posted on our website)...so why haven't you contacted us to verify your claim? Why have you not posted any evidence on this thread to back up your accusations?
Obviously, your complaint was bogus and you are clearly either a competitor of ours or you are an “internet troll” being paid by one of our competitors.
