International boundaries
Free samples advertised of skin care products on line, pay shipping only. Sounded like the samples would only last 14days. Credit card needed for payment of shipping. Flashes on screen to tell you how many are left or how much time you have left to enter your personal info which rushes you through the process. No mention of cost if keeping product, no follow up of skin care regime. Taken off credit card after 14days AND will be taken off every month there after as they will send you more product.
Talking to the company is like talking to a robot, AS PER TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!! Nobody manages above the person I talked to, Ema Jones. Offered $60 refund but refused full amount refund and refused to take back product. Have not been refunded yet, called them on 31st May, 2013
