****THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE!!!
I have never received a product for this company. I had signed up for a hypnotherapy CD for 1.99, never received it, and they charged my account for $74.97. I have no idea what this is even for...Nobody responds to their "live rep" line.

Our live support is available from monday - friday, 9am - 6pm. If you get a voicemail, that is because our reps are assisting others, and we request you leave a voicemail. All voicemails are responded to that same day. If you leave a message toward the end of the day, then you will be called back the next business day. Our support hours are West Coast time, PST.
All orders for the promotional CD is shipped the next business day. If you did not receive your CD, we ask that you call us so we can find out how you submitted your address. If there was an error, we can fix the error and have a new promo CD shipped again, without charging you anything. We can then extend the evaluation period so you get a proper 10 days to evaluate our product. If your account has already been charged the $74.97, that is because you did not cancel. If a cancellation does not get submitted by you, then 10 days after the CD is shipped, you will be charged.
If you have an issue, please call our support again, and if you do not get a live rep, please leave a message, as all messages are returned. -
