Applied online for cash advance loan. Got message on vm to call Joe Blair back at 209-437-4042 to verify loan and process. Got scammed for 200 dollar and 500 dollar green dot money pak cards.fistcard paid to Joe Blair, second card paid to Jason White. Both with a strong Indian or Middle Eastern English accents. Did not receive loan funds and now out 700 dollars. I was duped!!!! Company name and address is what Joe Blair gave me after several calls to him asking where my loan funds were.
