I too tried the "free trial " as recommend by channel 4 on Facebook. I paid for both me and my daughter , so paid twice . They now want to debit me 2x £79.99 Apparently the trial was for 21 days , but in the small print your credit card was to be debited £79 after 14 days. Totally misleading . . Now out of pocket . My daughter has rung them and they are only willing to refund 50%. So am now out of pocket £ 80. This is a total scam. I will be contacting trading standards , channel 4 in uk and BBC watchdog
