Complaint 2468 Details

On may 19th 2011 I ordered from an ad on tv to aviator sunglasses
was only going to cost me $39.95.When I was billed the cost out of my checking account was $101.86.After ordering glasses a representative from Budget Savers signed me up for Budget savings
at $29.95 account again charged.Plus $1.00 not sure why $1.00.
I did get credit for the $101.86 day later.Cancelled everything sunglasses and budget got credit for $29.95.On may 19th was charged $1.00 then on the same day charged another $1.00 with 2
different account numbers.Then again on May 20th another dollar.
No credits.Then on July 1st 2011 charged again $19.95 called they told me they would credit my account and account was cancelled.Why is this company still charging my account?Outstanding
balance still owed is $22.00 dollars.I know this amount may not seem like alot but $22.00 a month times 12 months adds up to $264.00 a year.Thats alot to me I'm unemployed and I can't afford to be losing money.Good thing I was going over my account or these 2 companies would be getting away with this.The representative told me the account was closed.How will I get my money back and be sure this doesn't happen again and again.Please
