4/08/2013 to 5/10/2013 placed six orders and got over charged on three of the orders, the first two i excused cause I was ordering wrong, but the third time i stated clearly to the guy I was ordering from over the phone that i was paying with a debt card not a credit card, I had learned from the first two orders that i get charged a surcharge fee but it was much more than 3% of my purchase more like 32% instead. Very unpleasant service when it comes to getting over-charged and then no reason for it when calling back. Only had one helpful employee that told me how to order when ordering off their website to click pay with cash and pay with your debt card over the phone. I didn't get overcharged paying that way for 3 orders out of the 6. Until the fourth time paying like that and over charged.
