Telemarketer Chris Johnson called me about my Small Merchants Account Business. He said he would provide me with 1,000 business leads for $20.00 per lead and obtain a small business loan for $85,000 at zero percent intrest rate. He said he would obtain an LLC # for my business Woods Merchant Solutions LLC.
I also spoke with a Bob Stevens.
I wired the money for the leads to their account at Bank Of America. I later recieved my LLC from the IRS.
I expected to recieve a recipt for my lead purchases but they never provided one. I called about the loan and they told me I would need to return the bottom stub to the IRS before they could obtain the loan. I mailed the stub eventhough that was not required by the IRS.
I began having trouble contacting them by phone.
The last time I contacted them they said they would send me a recipt. I still have not gotten the recipt.
I tried calling them today 10-06-11. The extension numbers they gave me are nolonger valid.
They said their company "Allstate Web Solutions,Llc" was located at 1928 East Highland Street Suite # F104-487 in Phoenix Arrizona 85016.
