Complaint 246426 Details

I verified a complaint made by one of the customer about the way the company deal with the inquiries. No chance of looking at the contract signed.

The problem now is more than 20 boxes of kitchen pieces arrived first week of May, 2013. We trusted the claims in the company website that everything provided are good quality, so we didn't check the goods.

It took two weeks for our kitchen to be ready to install the cabinets. To our horror, as we opened the boxes, cornice pelmet and plinth were impossible to use and side board is damaged and one 800mm cabinet is missing altogher and many more.

We called the company and we offered to send the pictures to show all the fault and they accepted all the fault and stated no pictures is necessary. They wanted a chance to ratify the fault, so we decided to wait for the replacement units.

After one week nothing showed up, meanwhile we called the company and we were kept waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Today, our electrician is looking at the Oven from Lanchashire Interior HOme Designs and it's broken.

Never never deal with this company. I am going to place a complaint with Cowboy Builder at Channel 4.
