Sometime in July of last year i got this fax addressed to all EMPLOYEES offering an airline land package (said land package is tied up with United Air).It was a 6 days and 5 nights all inclusive in a five star resort. This was the Tel # that i called 877-634-9804 and i was able to talk to John Peters at extension302 and everything went well with the transaction while i was making my payment charged to my visa card.
I was given a confirmation # and assured me that it will be valid for 18 mos( will expire in Oct. 2013) Thinking that i had more than enough time to plan i just set it aside.
Today, May 30th, 2013 i wanted to book for a reservation and contacted 1-877-764-9967. I got through and spoke to a customer service rep., her name is Gayle Moore.When asked if they are in any way connected to the party who sent us this fax, she just said that they do book and make arrangements. My conversation with her turned out to be not so nice as she was telling me not to talk to her the way i was talking.Anyway, i didn't find her to be of help and she just gave this email address([email protected]) for me to check . To my surprise this email address made me realize that i am a victim of this so called "promo".I tried calling all these tel#s that i have with me when i made my call the first time and also those on the print out but no one is answering the phone now.
