I had received details saying I had won two cheques each worth just over £23,000 and if I wanted my winnings quickly I could opt to order something from the enclosed pamphlet. I was a bit skeptical but thought I would order two small items and wait and see. My account was debited on 17th May but to date I have not received my order. I tried ringing the phone number given but despite it being well within the opening times the recorded message said it was closed.
