I have previously filed a complaint against Bidrack. I was unable to attach proof of damages for unknown reasons. Now I cannot find my complaint.

Anyway, its the same as so many here. I was cruising the net and somehow Bidrack appeared on my screen. I became mesmerized by the bidding numbers and watched for a few minutes. Free Registration was flashed and in my face. Of course I had to sign up, I mean it was free after all.

I completed first page information, and clicked for next page. They wanted credit card information. I assumed that this was in case I was to win a bid. I put the information in and looked further into the site. I noticed all of these points or credits so I clicked on a couple of bids. At this very instant I wondered if they had charged something to my account. I immediately pulled up my account and confirmed that they had taken $99 from my card. I immediately contacted them and was informed that they had a strict no refund policy. I demanded that they refund this money as it was my only money for the next week and I needed it for gas to work. I followed instructions and received an email denying my refund.

Filed complaint with the BBB of Delaware. They forwarded complaint to Bidrack who eventually responded that they were very sorry I was not completely satisfied with them and that they would refund money within 7 to 10 days. When they failed to refund the money, I sent them another email. They responded the same as previous and same as previous, failed to refund my money.

I attempted to contact the BBB of Delaware unsuccessfully. The best I can find I believe is a message telling me that I will have to pursue them on my own.
