Russ came out to fix my television back in February 2012 and it worked fine up until May 20,2013. Russ came back out to fix my televison and claims he forgot a part and I paid him $333 and he never returned to finish fixing my television. I tried reaching out to him several times and never returned my calls. I finally look at my receipts and go to the store to see what is going on and its not a store its a place that collects their mail. Then I googled video doctors in La Grange Park, IL only to find out that this store has been closed for over two years. Russ is a con artist that takes people money and doesn't fix the problem. I am not the only victim of his scams and its sad for a person and people to steal from innocent people.
