I purchased some game currency from the website. Please note that this is my 4th transaction. 1st, I contact the customer service and they tell me the good and supplier are available. Fill out the form and make the purchase. I've waited for 1 hour and contacted them again and they tell me the supplier are not available. I ask for refund a dozen times from 5/28/2013 but all they give me is excuses.
