Signed documents provided to me to sell my timeshare. This escrow company arranged all documentation to close deal with assurances my payment to them of a binder fee and commission to real estate company, the finance group, was typical in the purchase/sale of the right to use when actual real estate is not changing hands. Never dealing with an escrow company previously, I naively agreed and sent bank wire to the address provided by investment advantage inc. I had been dealing with Anthony Bryant.
