Well, my mothers email account was "hacked" and had been compromised. They (Indian Accents) had went into a browser that they can see your screen and all that. What got me into not falling for it is because Everytime I said okay I'll let Microsoft know or I'll call Geek Squad, they say "Nooooooo, they aren't going to do anything for you!" on top of that they are very rude and smartbutts. Long story short, if they tell you "Oh I need to get into your computer" or "Oh put in your date of birth" DON'T DO IT! These people are actually the ones HACKING into your PC the ENTIREEEEE TIMEEEEE you are on the phone with them. Yes they sound legit, Oscar should be rewarded for them, but don't let them get you! Good thing I am learning about Network Security and Software Apps in college (Shout out to the Management Information Systems at Prairie View A&M University in Texas) Good luck and WATCH OUT. Darn those hackers.
