I ordered a 14-day free trial on May 14 (just pay shipping and handling) and received the product on May 18. Was told 14 days would be calculated from when I received it. I cancelled on May 28 and was told to send the empty containers back and I would not be charged anything. The next day I was then charged $99 on my credit card. When I called customer support they were extremely rude and said they would credit me $69 but that $30 was to pay for a restocking fee. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and demeaning!!! I will NEVER deal with them ever again!
