This person at this number is trying to get our banking information or address to send us a $4,000 money order or cashiers check or to deposit suppossed funds into our bank for a $1,000 horse we have listed on craigslist. This person claims they are deaf and cannot accept or make phone calls. When googling the number is shows that it belongs to someone in Fayetteville NC area. This person claims they are in the state of California.
I am not asking for or seeking money. I am trying to get this phone number listed as a scam artist so they are not stealing funds from innocent people.

- I had almost the same problem. The same number text me and asked it I was selling an item on Craigslist for $500. Once they received my name and address they told me they were sending the check for $2500. I was to take out $500 for myself and pay their private shipping company the remainder. I told them I was not going to proceed under those terms. I received no other text messages from them.
