I was trying to buy a 2009 Concession trailer from amusementtrader.com item# 42650. I emailed the individual that posted the trailer; she emailed me back and gave me information to register to gizmagdepot.com to initiate the transaction. She gave me very detailed instructions on the payment process and on how to register on this website and that she had used this site before and that she was selling the trailer to help pay for her daughters wedding. I then received an invoice with an invoice number to use on the website to be able to see and follow the payment information. I was provided with a Bank of America account number to where I had to wire transfer the money. I was advised by Gizmagdepot that the trailer would be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment/funds. I was also advised by them that the trailer would be delivered within 4 days of them receiving the money and if the trailer was not as described I would have 7 days to return the trailer. I was in constant communication via e-mail with the seller (Ashley Cole) and Gizmag Depot until the time when the trailer was to be delivered. It has been a week since they received the money and I haven’t received the trailer. I haven't even received a delivery date/time from Gizmag depot per their previous e-mails. I emailed the seller and Gizmag Depot but there was no answer; I go to click on my invoice link from Gizmag Depot e-mailed to me from them and I can't even get back on their website, it doesn't exist, it's like it vanished. I am extremely sad by this and I would like to get my money back. I did my research and was played by these Gizmag Depot people and I am upset.
