He has been stealing money from ksl people who sell from ksl he tries to make them send money through western union and keeps the money. They pretend to say that they are people from pay pal but all they do is send text messages they will do calls from different numbers but once you receive the call they won't answer and they keep calling day and night until they convince you that its true etc. etc.
