I had applied for a loan on line, then I received a call from a Danny from Fast Loans. They said that I must get a Vanilla Reload Network card or Green Dot card for $200.00 to show that I am able to pay, call him back at 315-693-0128 give him the number on the card, once I did that, they would deposit the loan amount of $2000.00 plus the $200.00 into my account with in 45 min. When it did not show I called this Danny back. He said was just about to call me because that there was time a couple years ago, that I had an overdraft, and to receive the $2200.00 I had to pay document fee of add $210.00 because of that. That once paid would refund the $210.00 also. I was foolish enough to do it. Then he called me back and said that there is a hold on the deposit because I owe the IRS $150.00, that I need to get another Green Dot call them with the numbers then they would deposit it and email me a receipt for the IRS. I said no way, I do not owe that and if I did why would I pay it to them. They said that they have a dept. with the IRS. I said no way. That I will contact the IRS my self to verify all. I said that I just want to cancel the loan and to redeposit my $410.00. They said that they have processed the loan documents and could not cancel. I said that I want my money or I will contact the IRS and AG office. He hung up on me.
