I bought a their product in Dec 12 and was immediately signed up for a monthly subscription to the e- trim trainer which charges 9.47 a month. I did not sign up for this monthly fee and have been paying monthly without my consent. I called two different times and asked to speak with a manager and was told by one worker that all of the managers were in a meeting and by another that the managers and supervisors were all gone for the whole day and I would have to call back another day. They also did not speak good English and continuously repeated the same things, you did not call us to cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for. Their information is below:
