I have just checked my credit card after returning from holiday and this company has taken 330 GBP out of my account without my permission. I originally sent for a sample for £1.99 and did not expect any further deliveries. I am going to contact them asap and will update this then.

they use a different email name when sending reminders, ie juveneu so this ends up in your junk mail. also, how can the two week trial work when they say it takes 3 months to see results??
