Called customer service on 05/25/2013 to request full refund for 5 bottles of garcinia cambogia purchased on 3/4/2013. Ad promised full refund if not satisfied. Followed instructions on bottle for 3 weeks in April 2013, however, I gained 5 pounds and did not lose any weight. Agent said I was not eligible for full refund, only for unopened bottles and talked me into a 30% discount and keep products to give to someone else. Agreed reluctantly and then changed mind because I have 4 unopened bottles and product is garbage. Why would I give a friend something that does not work. Called back and different agent refused to cancel 30% refund deal and give me full refund as stated in guarantee.
